1. Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery is only available in certain area in GTA, and it is determined by the post code you entered during checkout. If your post code belong to our delivery area, you will see "Local Delivery" after picking "Ship". Delivery is free for orders above $99.
2. Where do you ship to?
We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post, and offer free shipping for all orders above $179. Please check our Shipping Policy for more detail.
3. Can you plant succulents for me?
Pickup and Local Delivery
If you purchase both succulent and pots with us, we will happily plant it with our succulent soil for you. Make sure you tell us how you want to pair your succulent and planter in the NOTE section at checkout.
If you purchase plants only, they will be delivered to you soil-free.
Ship
We will ship succulent and planter separately to ensure they both get to you safely.
